Ambient media advertising can be used in conjunction with mainstream traditional media, or used equally effectively as a stand-alone activity. The key to a successful ambient media campaign is to choose the best media format available and combined with effective message.

However, ambient media advertising is only a small niche for advertising agencies of overcoming traditional methods of advertising to get the attention of consumers. Ambient media in a larger scale define the media environment and the communication of information in ubiqutious and pervasive environments. The concept of ambient media relates to ambient media form, ambient media content, and ambient media technology. It's principles are manifestation, morphing, intelligence, and experience.

Ambient advertisements are effective means at pushing a brand message in front of consumers and can develop even better top of mind recall within target audiences. This provides the ability to advertisers to maintain brand awareness created by other advertising efforts. Ambient media can produce mass attention in centralized locations, or directly interact with consumers during normal every day activities

LAYOUT TRANSFORMATION

This project is about the layout transformation. I have to look for ads that already exist and then change the layout three times. The first change to 30%, the second 50%, and the third changed entirely. We must be sensitive to the composition. There are images, typography, signatures, color brand that must be considered.

This was one of the photography task in the fourth semester. This time was about still life photography.

Still life photography is the depiction of inanimate subject matter, most typically a small grouping of objects. Still life photography is a demanding art, one in the which the photographers are expected to be able to form their work with a refined sense of lighting, coupled with compositional skills. The still life photographer makes pictures rather takes them. Knowing where to look for propping and surfaces also is a required skill.

The theme of the photo is also determined by my lecturer --> "impossible". The task this time is done together with a partner. Then my friend and I started thinking about what we would interpret as impossible. Finally we decided to create something opposite to gravity. In this shoot, we used two studio lights.

The objects are hung on the pole and its position is made in such a way. After getting the photos we proceed in editing step.

heilloooo...:) These photographs were taken about two months ago. they are my friends who continue their studies abroad. So, our chance to meet only once a year. Therefore, when they returned to Jakarta, I want them to be a model of my photos. we had a photograph session in two places. this one is located at PIK and other places in Kota Tua. I'll upload the photos in Kota Tua after this..;P

Yesterday afternoon there was leasure time. Took the camera for action, on the front porch, sunny afternoon. I got this picture...

How do you guys today? Hopefully yours fun because mine was very enjoyable. Today is my day off after completing an exhausting midsemester. :) Just look at food photography blogs, I remember my photography assignment two months ago. I was asked to photograph the cake with the lighting from windows or doors, not using studio lights. At that time, picking out first about the photos what kind of cake would. After that, think about other things that can support the photo. I chose chocochips, forks, glass of wine, and other snacks as a background. Of course the background will be blurred so as not to interfere the main object. Nyummmmyyyy..
